Sixth Eye can be found near the crashed vertibird where the Wolfpack got ambushed.The player can ask around to complete the task or pass a 40 speech check in order to satisfy the Eye. The eyebot overlooks Camp Phoenix and wants to gather information on the NCR's movements, strategies and plans. Fifth Eye can be found in the vicinity of Goose Hollow.Depending on the player's choice in this sidequest, the task may fail and prevent progressing any further. The eye will task the player with completing Lot's quest to find his sister. Fourth Eye can be found north of Goose Hollow, near where Lot is.The eyebot's task will be dealing with him, either by helping, killing or leaving him alone. Third Eye can be found near the Apartment Complex, overlooking an injured legionnaire called Nero.Answering him is enough to complete the task. The eyebot will ask the player why his character became a courier. Second Eye can be found near NCR radio.First Eye can be found near Junkflea and will ask the player to tell him a secret only the Courier knows.By passing a 90 speech check, however, all of their locations will be marked on your pip-boy. The eyes are scattered around key places of the Frontier and can be interacted in any order so long the player meet the requirements. Inquire about the Netwrk and the quest will be given. If at any moment the player joins the Crusaders the quest will fail.Īlternatively, the quest may be initiated by talking to Betsy at the Junkflea Scav Bar. You will see a distressed Vault Boy face appear in the top left of the screen saying " The Netwrk is watching" when you're ready to initiate the quest. For the NCR playthrough, the player must complete the first chapter of the campaign. To initiate the quest the player must interact with any eyebot he finds, not necessarily in order. After completing all nine, the player will now have to find the Netwrk's base of operations. will greet the player with a task to complete. These eyebots - named First, Second, Third Eye etc.
He wants to gather information on the surrounding areas, so he sends the player in a mission to find 9 (nine) of his eyebots throughout the Frontier. After interacting with one of the eyebots flying around different locations, the Courier speaks to a voice calling himself the Tenth Eye, responding to the Netwrk.
